T-GRID INTEGRATION

T-Grid Integration products directly replace standard cross tees in a suspended ceiling with integrated light fixtures. Maintaining the same 9/16″ or 15/16″ profile as the ceiling grid allows light to become part of the ceiling structure itself. With no tile cutting or grid modification required, the ceiling’s acoustic performance and light reflectance properties are fully preserved. These low-profile solutions occupy the grid only, leaving the plenum completely open for other building systems. The result is a cleaner ceiling design, faster installation, and reliable as-specified performance from design through construction.

Multiple Installations for Suspension Ceiling Systems

Compatible Clip

Specifically designed by Armstrong, this new XLED clip is mounted at each end for easy installation into Armstrong 15/16" or 9/16" ceiling suspension system, allowing the fixture to become a part of the certified ceiling assembly and eliminating the use of support wires. T-BAR LED replaces selected cross tees of the grid ceiling suspension system where light is desired. (see Armstrong Compatible Clip installation instruction for more details).
